It is fully used for permanent exposition, there are 4314 exhibits.

Second floor:
It consists of rooms and a stage. It is used for the administrative management of the museum, as well as specialist and scientific staff, and at the same time cultural and educational events, concert programs and exhibitions are held in the hall.
A part of the museum fund is stored in a special room on the second floor.
Third floor:
It is used in full to store objects and collections belonging to the museum fund.
A gallery of fine art works has been established in the hall.
In this hall, you can find archeological and paleontological exhibits, from the beginning of the solar system to the development of life on Earth. In addition, the mammoth femur, the Neanderthal Hole Stone child and rock paintings are among the rare exhibits of the museum.
In the hall of world animals, you can get up close and personal with the unique animal world that is not found in the nature of Uzbekistan. African ostriches, an elephant tortoise and a chimpanzee were included in the exposition of the hall.
Animals adapted to cold climates live in the north and south poles of the globe. You can get up close and personal with penguins, the most famous creatures adapted to the cold climate, in this hall.
Water and marsh birds are distinguished by their habitat and attractiveness compared to other birds. You can meet rare species of birds, such as small cranes, suksun ducks, pink wagtails, white swans, from the exposition of the hall.
In this hall, there are Tokayzor diorama, Nut grove in the mountain and animals found in desert areas. The exposition includes the Turan tiger, wild boar, skunk, badger, snake-eating eagle, tuvalok.
Rocks and minerals from the exposition of the Geological Hall. These exhibits have been preserved and enriched for many years since the establishment of the museum. Specimens of petroleum, volcanic rocks, metal ores, sedimentary rocks and decorative stones are of particular interest to visitors.
Entomology Hall is the hall of the State Museum of Nature of Uzbekistan with the largest number of objects and collections, which are very unique and brought from different parts of the world. This hall houses native and tropical butterflies and beetles, various species of bees and grasshoppers.
The hall of general biology is of particular interest to researchers, students, students and representatives of other scientific fields, because the hall has unique exhibits related to natural sciences. Among them, the most unique are exhibits and wet preparations of various breeds and varieties obtained as a result of selection of mutated domestic animals.
