On March 14, 2025, at the State Museum of Nature of Uzbekistan, by the staff of the Department of Geology and Geography and the museum’s artist, Ch.Shamsiev organized a competition and a master class of fine arts on the theme “Let’s take care of animals” among students of the private school “Ikhlos” in the Kibray district of the Tashkent region.

The event was aimed at instilling in the younger generation a love of nature, especially wildlife, and their protection. During the event, the staff of the Department of Geology and Geography lectured the students about the unique animal species of Uzbekistan, their habitat conditions and the importance of thier conservation.

The museum’s artist Ch.Shamsiev conducted a master class for students of the event on drawing, namely techniques and secrets of depicting animals, natural landscapes. He provided information to the students about the main aspects of drawing animals, such as their anatomy, color choice and composition. During the master class, the participants were involved in the process of drawing different animals, which allowed them not only to improve their skills, but also to strengthen their kind attitude towards animals.

During the ”master class“, the students drew their drawings on the theme “Take care of animals”. At the end of the event, the students’ works were placed on the temporary exhibition of the museum. The participants of the event described their paintings and got answers for their questions.

The event, organized by the State Museum of Nature of Uzbekistan, was an important step aimed at increasing the interest of the younger generation in nature, educating them in the spirit of ecological culture and protecting wildlife in the future. This “master class” left an unforgettable impression in the memory of the students and undoubtedly strengthened the kind attitude towards nature in their hearts.
