Monday is the working day of the museum administration

SaturdaySunday  1000-1600
There may be changes in working hours by reason of the public holidays. Monday is a day off, and the museum is closed for visitors. Entrance to the museum stops half an hour before the end of working hours.

Museum ticket prices

– For children under 7 years old: free;

– For children under 18 years old: 10,000 (ten thousand) soums;

– For adults citizens over 18 years old: 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) soums;

– For students (only for residents): 15,000 (fifteen thousand) soums;

– For citizens of retirement age (only for residents): 10,000 (ten thousand) soums;

– For persons with disabilities: free of charge;

– Excursion* price: 30,000 (thirty thousand) soums.

– Professional photo session and video recording (1 hour) – 250 (two hundred and fifty thousand) soums

*The duration of the excursion is 40-60 minutes. There are no more than 25 (twenty five) people in one group.

Museum rules

Museum visitors must follow the following rules:

– It is recommended to leave bags and outerwear in the dressing room at the entrance, so that they do not interfere with the visiting process and do not interfere with other visitors.

– It is forbidden to make noise and talk loudly so as not to interfere with other visitors, as well as the sightseeing process;

– To prevent the risk of harm and damage to museum exhibits and expositions, it is necessary to avoid sudden and inappropriate actions;

– It is strictly forbidden to eat, smoke, drink alcohol, brinh live animals in (only exception – guide dogs accompanying people with disabilities), run, throw out garbage and disturb other visitors;

– It is completely forbidden to touch any exhibits, glasses and other objects of the museum*;

– It is forbidden to conduct excursions and commercial activities without museum employee and the permission of the museum management;

– It is required to maintain silence and attentiveness during the tour;

– It is completely forbidden to touch any exhibits, glasses and other objects of the museum;

– During the tour, you need to stay calm and be attentive. According to generally accepted rules of etiquette, it is considered bad form to separate from the group during the tour;

– It is recommended to turn off the mobile phone or switch it to silent mode;

– It is forbidden to record audio and video of the excursion;

– During the museum visit, visitor should follow the instructions of the museum staff.

 Expressing gratitude to the guide at the end of the excursion is part of a high level of etiquette! Such an expression can be either oral or written, for example, in the form of a video review or a thank-you letter.
